Returns and Refund Policy

We do not have any refunds policy for Liquid Consumable** products or any products that have been used after purchase. For all other products, refunds are only possible if it is claimed within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. Thereafter, the parcel must be shipped back to our warehouse. After receipt and inspection of the parcel, we will initiate a refund through Paytm, Razorpay or NEFT.

Refunds can be claimed for all parcels which have not yet been shipped out from our offices.  

In case of any manufacturing defect, damaged item in transit, or missing item in the order, we will provide a refund or replacement whichever is applicable within 24 hours of receiving a  unboxing video of the damaged parcel/or products received in the parcel subject to approval by our team. For damages in transit or missing items, we need a photo of the parcel to be sent to store(at) within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.  Every parcel has undergone a quality check before dispatch. 

We do not have a returns policy for any liquid consumable product which has been used or seal has been opened. To be eligible for a return (In the case of nonliquid consumables), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be packed in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These may be due to partial damages to the parcel in transit, partial order delivered, or unavailability of a certain product. (if applicable)

Refunds are not applicable for any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds are also not applicable for any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.


Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Based on the condition of the returned product, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the order amount in case of damage to the product. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours through PayuMoney. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. It takes 7-10 days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account. We will NEFT you the amount to your bank account in case of COD orders.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Cancellation Policy (if applicable)

All orders that have been dispatched from our office cannot be canceled. Pre-paid orders that are unpacked and in original condition can be canceled within 24 hours of receiving the parcel only. This does not apply to liquid consumable products and heavy material handling products more than 25 kg in weight. If it is returned using the pickup service of our website, forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

All orders that have not been dispatched from our centers can be canceled at no additional cost by sending an email to store(at) .


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace things if they are faulty, damaged, or received in the incorrect shipment. The consumer must notify us within 2-3 days of receiving the courier. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] send your item to:

Thereafter, the product will be inspected as described in the returns section above and the exchange product will be shipped out to you within 24 hours of acceptance of the original product.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping Charges

We have a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 64/- (Inclusive of GST) on prepaid orders. Certain heavy products have an additional shipping charge charged on them over and above, which is on a per kg basis. The flat Rs. 64/- charged on every order. These are mentioned before checkout. We do not provide cash on delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary between 3-10 days after receipt of the original parcel by our office. 


Shipment Dispatches

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a private courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment company is used to send out your parcel, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

** Liquid Consumables are those products that are liquids and are finite once used. (Ex: - All types of Paints, Epoxy resins, pigments, etc)
